Joe Mullen

Chief Operating Officer

Joe joined AmeriPac in 2017 as Chief Operating Officer. Joe has a 25+ year career in Purchasing/Supply Chain management, manufacturing and distribution. Prior to coming to AmeriPac, Joe served as Head of Site Procurement at Alcon Labs and Corporate Director of Supply Chain for APW/Wyott/Standex International, a global leader in restaurant/food service equipment industry.

As COO, Joe is a key member of the executive team developing and executing the company’s mission and strategic goals. He is responsible for general oversight of all operational activities, supply chain, resource planning, safety and environmental programs, and facilities management.  Joe is responsible for program quality and organizational stability through development and implementation of standards and controls, systems, and procedures. He also assists in fostering a work environment that allows us to recruit, retain and supports quality staff and client engagements.

Joe holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Eastern New Mexico University.
